Cloverleaf Realty now has 6 agents and growing. A handful of agents who interviewed many firms have decided to join ours. The reason for this is the abundant support and knowledge that Broker, David Snipes provides to each and every agent.

This referral firm opens the door to licensed agents who choose not to take part in the sales side of real estate but still enjoy seeing people realize their dreams as home owners. These agents also get to benefit from not owing any of the MLS and association fees that come with working as an active agent. We now have 5 agents in this referral firm with more to come.

We are a tight knit group here at Cloverleaf Realty, which is one of the many advantages to having an independent firm. We have weekly meetings where we discuss our current activity, give each other advice, brush up our skills, and expand our knowledge.
We have employed a partner system, where every agent has a partner. The reason for this is to ensure that our clients are covered at all times. If we have an agent that needs to go out of town, for business or pleasure, their agent partner will conduct any open business left behind.
