Experience

I was in the mortgage business and my father, who had an interest in selling real estate, asked me if I would take the class with him.  After passing the test six years ago, we laugh because we have no idea why it didn’t take more than one time to pass the test.

My location of expertise is the Westend working with First Time Home Buyers.

My business goal is to maintain 5 solid deals a year from referrals from friends and family, while enjoying a full time career in the mortgage business and supporting my son.

Education

I received my "Principles of Real Estate" requirements at Century 21. I have also been taking classes to achieve an ABR designation.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
